We have a wide and up-to-date selection of various rental properties. If you can't find the property you're looking for on our website, you can also submit an active search request to us. In that case, we act as your rental agent.
We offer a full-service approach. This means we handle everything for you. Based on your wishes and needs, we'll search the market for properties that match your profile. We'll schedule a half-day together to view suitable rental properties and then discuss whether your new home is among them. If not, we'll keep searching until we find your dream home.
Your new home in 6 steps
1. Search profile
Based on your housing needs, we create a personal search profile and start looking for the ideal home.
2. Selection
We select suitable homes/apartments based on your search profile.
3. Viewing
If you are interested, we will schedule a viewing of the selected homes/apartments with you.
4. Proposal
If you would like to rent the property, we will make a suitable offer to the landlord.
5. Rental agreement
If the proposal is accepted, we will draw up a proper rental agreement, including an English translation if necessary.
6. Inspection
At the start and end of the rental contract, we carry out an inspection and draw up a report.
