In that case we act as a rental agent.
We offer a full service. This means that we take care of all the work for you. Based on your wishes and needs, we search the market for homes that match your profile. Together we plan a half-day to view suitable rental properties and then discuss whether your new home is among them. Isn't this the case? Your new home in 6 steps
1. Search profile
Based on your housing needs, we put together a personal search profile and start looking for the ideal home.
2. Selection
We select suitable homes/apartments based on your search profile.
3. Viewing
If you are interested, we will plan a viewing of the selected homes/apartments with you.
4. Proposal
If you want to rent the property, we will make a suitable proposal to the landlord.
5. Rental contract
If the proposal is approved, we will draw up a proper rental contract, including a possible English translation.
6.Inspection
At the start and end of the rental contract we carry out an inspection and draw up a report.
