Your new home in 6 steps
1. Consultation
During a telephone appointment/appointment on location, we will map out your housing needs and give you advice on what you can expect.
2. Looking for a home
Based on your wishes and needs, we will look for suitable homes within our network and the current supply. We will then present this to you.
3. Viewing
We supervise the viewings. Are you not yet in the Netherlands? No problem, we will do a video viewing with you or we will make a video and then send it to you.
4. Proposal
Is there a suitable home for you and are you interested? We will then make a rental proposal on your behalf and ensure that you get the best deal.
5. Check rental contract
We check the rental agreement and then discuss it with you.
6.Key transfer
We will accompany you to the key collection. Here we prepare an inspection report with photos of the current condition of the home.
