Your new home in 6 steps
1. Consultation
During a telephone appointment or on-site appointment, we will map out your housing needs and advise you on what to expect.
2. Finding a home
Based on your wishes and needs, we'll search for suitable properties within our network and current listings. We'll then present these properties to you.
3. Viewing
We conduct viewings. Not in the Netherlands yet? No problem, we'll conduct a video viewing with you or record a video and send it to you.
4. Proposal
If you find a suitable property and are interested, we'll prepare a rental proposal on your behalf and ensure you get the best deal.
5. Check rental agreement
We will check the rental agreement and then discuss it with you.
6. Key transfer
We'll accompany you to the key handover. Here, we'll prepare an inspection report, including photos of the property's current condition.
