How it works
1. Exploratory conversation
During a telephone appointment/appointment on location, we would like to get to know you and discuss the entire sales process. A few days later you will receive a sales proposal from us.
2. Placing a home
After you have approved the proposal, we will get to work for you with photos and measuring the house. We then place the property online on LG Vastgoed, Pararius, Funda and other relevant rental property websites.
3. Viewing & screening
We supervise viewings with suitable candidates. If you are interested, we will carry out an extensive screening. We will then inform you how the viewing went.
4. Negotiation
When the interested party makes an offer, we will discuss this offer with you and determine a sales strategy to achieve the best result. We will then negotiate with the buyer on your behalf until we have reached a verbal agreement.
5. Selling
After agreeing on the price, we draw up a purchase agreement. We will discuss this with you and if it meets your wishes, you will sign the document. After the buyer has also signed this, your home has been sold.
6.Transfer
On the day of the transfer, we visit the house with you and the buyer to have the buyer check whether the house is in the same condition as it was sold. After inspection, we will take you to the notary where the official transfer takes place
