SELLING A HOME
When selling your home, you'll face important decisions. This begins in the preparatory phase, when your home isn't even on the market yet. From sales strategy and advertising plan to negotiations: We'll guide you through the entire sales process from start to finish.

How it works
1. Orientation interview
During a phone appointment or on-site meeting, we'll be happy to meet with you and discuss the entire sales process. You'll receive a sales proposal from us a few days later.
2. Place your home
Once you've approved the proposal, we'll start taking photos and measuring the property for you. We'll then list the property online on LG Vastgoed, Pararius, Funda, and other relevant rental websites.
3. Viewing & screening
We conduct viewings with suitable candidates. If you're interested, we'll conduct a thorough screening. We'll then let you know how the viewing went.
4. Negotiation
When the interested party makes an offer, we'll discuss it with you and determine a sales strategy to achieve the best result. We'll then negotiate with the buyer on your behalf until we reach a verbal agreement.
5. Sales
After agreeing on the price, we'll draw up a purchase agreement. We'll discuss this with you, and if it meets your requirements, you'll sign the document. Once the buyer signs it, your home is sold.
6. Transfer
On the day of the transfer, we'll visit the property with you and the buyer to ensure the buyer checks that the property is in the same condition as when it was sold. After the inspection, we'll accompany you to the notary where the official transfer takes place.
